Service Scope

VPNIdea provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client software and subscription details are available through the user panel. Subscription availability depends on the selected plan and account status.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not create accounts on third-party websites or grant permission to access third-party content. Target websites set their own regional policies, account eligibility, fees, and content licensing. A subscription to this service does not grant the right to use those websites or guarantee continuous access to any specific website.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required. You can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure; do not post them publicly or share them with untrusted sources. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and request assistance through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This means you can use the service on your own devices; it does not permit sharing your account with others, publicly distributing subscriptions, reselling routes, or providing paid proxy services. You are responsible for managing connections under your account and must not use the multi-device allowance to disrupt other users or affect service operations.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the plans page and order details in the panel for prices and data allowances.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you use the service, as well as the rules of target websites and applications. You must not use the service for illegal purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, stealing data, violating others' privacy or intellectual property, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.

You must not probe, attack, or interfere with VPNIdea's account, billing, or route systems, or use automated requests to consume shared resources or prevent other users from connecting normally. Network connectivity does not change the legal nature of your actions. You are responsible for your use of the service and the content you transmit.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Your connection experience depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, the status of target services, and client settings. Route maintenance, network failures, or changes to third-party policies may cause interruptions or changes in access. VPNIdea does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, continuous availability, or ongoing access to regional content on any specific platform.

VPNIdea will investigate issues with the service and use the panel or site announcements to explain any action users may need to take. You should keep your own backups of important data and should not rely on this service as the sole connection for critical operations. Liability will be determined under applicable law and based on the actual circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or any statutory rights you may have.

Suspension and Account Termination

If you breach these terms by using the service illegally, attacking systems, reselling or sharing subscriptions, or violating others' rights, VPNIdea may suspend relevant connections, restrict account features, or terminate the service based on the scope of the impact. Where urgent action is needed to prevent further harm, restrictions may be imposed first.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may explain the circumstances and request a review through a panel ticket. Provide details of the environment where the issue occurred and any necessary information. Do not include your password or complete subscription link in a ticket. Account actions and refund requests are handled separately under the applicable terms.

Changes and Notices

VPNIdea may update these terms when service features, compliance requirements, or usage rules change, and will show the update month on this page. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel, with an explanation of what changed and how the changes apply.

Please read the updated terms when you receive a notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the service and ask about next steps through a ticket. Updates will not retroactively remove rights already obtained under applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved under applicable law and the terms of valid orders.
